Media must present their credentials when they pick-up their pre-registration packet or when they register on-site.

This process makes conference organizers aware of media presence to help with any background information, or conference contacts.  Conference organizers can assist media with introductions to the Presidents of the Societies, the General or Technical Program Chairs for statements, or individual speakers.

Press Room

A limited Press Room will be available Tuesday through Thursday in the Terrace Salon Three.  Media representatives will find press releases, media alerts, tables, chairs and power strips for them to work. A conference staff member will be in attendance to answer questions or provide assistance starting each hour for a minimum of 15 minutes.  The Press Room shares the same space as the Speaker Ready Room.

For further information, please contact: Alicia Zupeck, <a.zupeck@ieee.org>, CMP, Supervisor, Event Management Services IEEE Meetings, Conferences, and Events (MCE).
